Unlike a conventional client-based project, Ashvya Sister Fits is a self-founded fashion business started by Abhavya approximately one year ago with the vision of creating a modern ethnic wear platform for women who seek elegance, comfort, and cultural authenticity. The brand began as a small entrepreneurial initiative focused on curated ethnic fashion collections and gradually evolved into a growing online identity. The motivation behind starting the business came from observing the gap between affordable ethnic fashion and premium digital shopping experiences. While many ethnic wear businesses offered quality products, their online platforms often lacked cohesive branding, smooth navigation, and visually engaging interfaces. This inspired the development of a dedicated digital experience that combined fashion aesthetics with user-centered design principles. Being both the founder and the designer allowed Abhavya to deeply understand the target audience, customer expectations, product presentation requirements, and operational challenges involved in managing an online fashion platform. This project therefore became not only a UI/UX design exploration but also a practical business development initiative.
